Welcome to The ISA Millionaire. These terms explain the rules for using this website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Some quick definitions
To keep these terms readable: “the site” means this website, The ISA Millionaire. “I”, “me” and “my” mean David Neil Blake, trading as The ISA Millionaire, who runs it. “You” and “your” mean you, the person using the site.
Who I am
The ISA Millionaire is a trading name of David Neil Blake, a sole trader, and I run this website. You can reach me at hello@theisamillionaire.com.
What this site is for
This site shares articles and information about ISAs, investing and building long-term wealth, along with information about my book. It is here to be genuinely useful. It is an educational resource, not a service, and using it does not create any professional or advisory relationship between us.
This is not financial advice
This is the most important thing on this page, so I want it to be clear.
The ISA Millionaire is educational and is not financial advice. It is not provided by an FCA-regulated adviser, and nothing here is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment. The value of investments can go up and down, and you can get back less than you put in. Nothing on the site is guaranteed.
You are responsible for your own decisions. Do your own research, and if you are unsure, speak to a qualified, regulated financial adviser who can look at your own situation. You use the information on this site at your own risk.

The articles, images, diagrams and other material on this site are my own work and are protected by copyright. Illustrations and diagrams are © David Neil Blake.
You are welcome to read the site, share links to it, and quote a short passage with credit and a link back. What you may not do, without my written permission, is copy, republish, reproduce or sell the content, in whole or in substantial part, or present it as your own. “The ISA Millionaire” name and branding are mine and may not be used without permission.
Using the site properly
Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose;
- try to damage, disrupt, hack or gain unauthorised access to the site or its server;
- use automated tools to scrape or harvest the content; or
- misuse the contact form or newsletter signup (for example, to send spam or false information).
I may restrict or withdraw access if the site is being misused.
Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, such as gov.uk for official information and online retailers where my book is sold. Those sites are not under my control. I include the links because I think they are helpful, but I am not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability, and a link is not an endorsement. When you follow a link to another site, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
Buying the book
This site does not sell the book directly. It links out to third-party retailers, such as Amazon, where you can buy it. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that retailer, governed by the retailer’s own terms and conditions. I am not the seller and am not responsible for orders, payment, delivery or returns handled by those retailers.
The site is provided “as is”
I work to keep the site accurate and available, but I cannot promise it will always be correct, complete, up to date or uninterrupted. Information may become out of date, and figures such as ISA allowances can change, always check the current position at gov.uk. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and I may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
My liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from reliance on anything on it, or from being unable to use it. This includes any investment decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How I handle your personal information is set out in my privacy policy, which forms part of your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
General
A few standard points that apply to these terms as a whole:
- Each part stands on its own. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
- The whole agreement. These terms, together with my privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and me about your use of the site, and they replace any earlier terms or understandings.
- Not enforcing a term. If I do not enforce one of these terms straight away, that does not mean I have given up the right to enforce it later.
- Transferring these terms. I may transfer my rights and responsibilities under these terms to someone else, for example if the site or business changes hands, and I will tell you if that happens. You may not transfer yours without my agreement.
- Only between us. These terms are between you and me. No other person has the right to enforce them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
